A: Most of our rugs are shipped within 2 to 3 business
days and take approximately two to three weeks to deliver depending on your geographical
location.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: Shipping charges are estimated within U.S. Each carpet has a different shipping
charge, depending on its size. For international shipping, please contact
us so we will send you an estimate.
Q: How are your rugs shipped?
A: All of our rugs are shipped via Federtal Express, ground.
Q: How do I return the rug?
A: All of our rugs are covered by a "No-Questions Asked" guarantee.
You may return your rug within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. We do
not refund shipping charges. return shipment costs, only the purchase price
